Same looking carbon products may be up to 10 times stronger to one another at the same weight. Why?

Use of advanced materials
In certain applications, where ultimate performance is necessary we use materials that are 2-3 times stronger than others at the same weight, like HM Zylon or Boron reinforced prepreg.
Did you know?
Zylon fabric is 2 times stronger than Kevlar/Aramid. High-end raw carbon materials are over 2 times stronger than commercially used grade versions. Boron reinforced fabrics have up to 2 times higher compression strength

Not all carbon/composite material is created equal. Carbon is a collective name for many type of materials like metal. Zinc and Titanium are also metals; however they have very different mechanical properties. Types of carbon differ from one another even more in terms of raw material, weave style, and process technology.

F1 grade process technology
To make a part structurally perfect, to squeeze the final 20-30 per cent of performance of carbon and all composites you may need –apart from the perfect timing and ensuring proper temperature ramps- up to 8 bars of pressure, which cannot be substituted in any manner.
All Formula 1 and Le Mans car bodies are created this way. So should be carbon the products you buy.

A radius in an L shape corner may reduce the stress and the chance to break at that point up to 7 times; thus a unique shape design CNC machined tools with 1 micron resolution (0.001 mm or 0.000001 m) allow final parts to be within 0.01 mm tolerances.
